Martha is a tenured professional and advocate for small and diverse businesses, with specialization in subcontracting with federal, state, and local government agencies, comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations, and the development of corporate/customer supplier diversity strategies.

Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Martha worked for the legacy companies of Pfizer; Pharmacia Upjohn, Monsanto, and G.D. Searle, and held positions of Supplier Diversity Director, Purchasing Agent for construction services and Global Flexible Packaging team leader.

Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in management from National Louis University, a Master of Divinity from

Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, an Ordained Pastor, passionate about, and active on numerous community tasks force and organizations focused on the growth, betterment, and quality of life for the elderly, indigent, and underserved.

Martha and her husband of 46 years reside in the community of Evanston, IL and are the joyous parents of an adult son, daughter, and incredible Granddaughter.
