NEW YORK — The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) is excited to announce it is partnering with Meta to promote educational opportunities for NMSDC-certified minority business enterprises (MBEs). More specifically, NMSDC is providing marketing support for Meta’s Elevate program aimed at sharing the programs with its community of certified MBEs.

Meta Elevate
Meta Elevate offers Black and Latinx & Hispanic business owners and communities resources, education, and support to achieve success and economic growth. The program accomplishes this goal through four pillars comprising of virtual and in-person workshops, live Q&A sessions, personalized mentorship, and tailored account management aimed at helping businesses maximize their advertising in the Meta ecosystem.

Most recently, Meta Elevate launched the Business Hub, a new community that provides additional support and special opportunities for small business owners to scale their business and reach new customers. Apply here to join this exciting, new opportunity.

Meta Elevate is also awarding 100,000 scholarships to Black learners working towards achieving Meta Blueprint certification. Visit our website to learn more.

“We are very excited to provide another valuable set of training resources to our MBE community. These programs provide the insight and tools need for NMSDC-certified MBEs to grow their businesses and build the relationships needed to diversify our country’s supply chain,” said senior director of Strategic Alliances and Programs, Jetheda Hernandez.

This partnership continues NMSDC’s work to help MBEs grow their businesses exponentially and achieve the organization’s aspirational goal of $1 trillion in annual revenue for certified MBEs. Taking advantage of every opportunity to develop these businesses and connect them with leading corporations looking to diversify our country’s supply chain is central to ending the racial wealth gap over the next 50 years.About NMSDC
Founded in 1972, NMSDC is the longest-operating business growth engine for the broadest group of systematically excluded communities of color (Asian-Indian, Asian-Pacific, Black, Hispanic, and Native American), and our impact goes far beyond the supply chain. It’s about upward mobility for the emerging majority of Americans, an equal shot at participating in the American experiment of free-market capitalism and entrepreneurship. Our work is about correcting the unequal access to wealth-building opportunities.
