The National Minority Supplier Development Council is pleased by the recent Senate passage of The Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) for America Act. We applaud the bipartisan efforts by the Senate to pass the CHIPS Act and to address long standing concerns related to US manufacturing capacity and supply chain disruptions.
