As the Director of Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Procurement Programs, Madison manages a high performing team of Supplier Diversity and Sustainable Procurement leads and has responsibility for establishing the mission and vision in partnership with the Global Sourcing and Procurement, Finance Leadership, and Equality and Sustainability organizations at Salesforce.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in technology, management operations, and diversity business development, he has a deep understanding and endless passion for advising and mentoring diverse-owned businesses and aligning them with corporate procurement practices and programs.

He has studied at the University of Santa Clara Leavey School of Business and California State University Chico. He is a certified telecommunications engineer by the University of California Berkeley and has served on multiple social impact and professional boards.
