Rafael Maldonado Jr. is the CEO and Creative Director of It Media Collective, a full-service video production company that serves brands of all sizes with creative development, strategic branding and content creation. With a Bachelor’s Degree in PR and Marketing from Georgia State University, Rafael began his creative work as a freelance photographer in 2014 and has since added web design, filmmaking, drone piloting, and voiceover work to his creative portfolio.

As a full-time storyteller, Rafael is passionate about using video to help brands share authentic, purpose-driven stories. He currently directs the creative strategy and development of It Media Collective’s branding and production teams, alongside their partner IPCOMM. Known for his collaborative mentality, energetic spirit and community involvement, he believes his greatest mission in life
