Global Link Program

The Global Link International Program works with nongovernmental organizations in other countries to replicate the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) model and link historically underserved populations with corporate purchasing entities to create mutually beneficial economic partnerships that address the racial wealth gap across the globe.

Our Global Link Partners

Established in 2001, the Global Link initiative played a critical role in the creation of partner organizations in Australia, Canada, China, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. In 2023, we reignited and expanded the program and established partnership with India, Brazil, and Chile.  These international partner organizations are a gateway for U.S.-based MBEs to meet international MBEs who may be potential partners to help them gain access to the global marketplace.

We recognize that our corporate members have a global reach and are pushing diversity initiatives to their locations around the world. The Global Link program assists NMSDC corporate members in meeting their supplier diversity requirements overseas by promoting and building pathways to increase global spend.

The Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC) facilitates the growth of Aboriginal and minority owned businesses, by connecting them to procurement opportunities with companies and governments committed to a diverse and inclusive supply chain.

Founded in 2004, CAMSC is a not-for-profit organization that certifies and prepares diverse suppliers to successfully engage and respond to corporate and government buyers. At the same time, we help large organizations develop and enhance their inclusive procurement processes and connect them to certified suppliers.

Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DICCI) was established in 2005 to motivate the Dalit community to enter the business & industry sector as entrepreneurs and to carve their own niche. DCCI also encourages the community to contribute to the nation’s economy through wealth creation and to spread the spirit of enterprise to other members. Their mission is to encourage Dalit entrepreneurs and support them in their ventures.

Since 1999, Integrare has believed that the purchasing areas of large companies are not just a support area, but process leaders. They work to create a mutually beneficial relationship between minority suppliers and large corporations. They want to be a national reference as an institution for the inclusion and business development of suppliers from minority groups, always seeking to promote access and training in business.

Integrare Chile, a non-profit Business Association founded in 2008, aims to drive corporate purchases from its extensive database of diverse suppliers. They serve as a facilitator, fostering interaction between parties to integrate the products and services offered by registered INTEGRARE suppliers into the supply chains of the large corporations.

MSD China is China’s first non-profit organization to advocate for supplier diversity. Having been pursing supply chain equity and equality in China for over 14 years, we have helped numerous Chinese diverse businesses establish cooperative relationships of mutually benefits with purchasing organizations.

We are committed to building the sustainable development of supplier diversity and pursuing business equity and equality in Greater China, by providing a business platform of fair opportunities and mutual benefits for purchasing organizations and diverse suppliers.

Minority Supplier Development United Kingdom (MSDUK) was founded in 2006 and since then we have pioneered the supplier diversity movement in the UK and Europe.

MSDUK brings together innovative and high-growth ethnic minority businesses with global corporations committed to creating inclusive and diverse supply chains.

We proudly stand as the UK’s leading supplier diversity advocacy organization working for inclusion of ethnic minority businesses in corporate supply chains. For us, the reward is inclusion and equality of opportunity for everyone and to strive for change by establishing a roadmap for broader representation of ethnic minority businesses within corporate supply chains.

The South African Supplier Diversity Council (SASDC) aims to contribute to meaningful and sustainable economic transformation and inclusiveness, and to the leader and authority on strategies for supplier diversity. The primary goal of the SASDC is to promote supplier diversity by encouraging, supporting and assisting its member corporations to open up business opportunities and progressively increase the transaction with certified black-owned businesses. Participation by black-owned companies in South Africa`s corporate of supply chains remains alarmingly low. Our members sign a code of conduct committing to identify and provide access to procurement opportunities for black-owned suppliers.

Since 2009, Supply Nation has worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses along with procurement teams from government and corporate Australia to help shape today’s emerging and rapidly evolving Indigenous business sector.

Supply Nation’s world-leading 5-step verification process provides peace of mind by ensuring that all businesses listed on Australia’s largest national directory of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, Indigenous Business Direct, are not only Indigenous owned but are also regularly audited for changes in company structure and ownership.
