Reviewing organizational capacity; Increasing capital; Supporting efficient systems; and Educating today’s business leaders for tomorrow.

In this virtual classroom, you will utilize on-demand instructional workshops (released Mondays at 10:00 AM for individual review) and pursuant instructor-led Q&A sessions (facilitated virtually via Zoom Wednesdays at 10:00 AM).

Guided by Erika Rogers, CEO of Elevate Lyfe, LLC, the Rise Program will work primarily with established business owners prepared to pivot or leverage their growth potential. Each week of this course, you will evaluate and redefine your strategic action plan. At the end of the course, your completed strategic action plan will help you be more effective in the marketplace and enhance your small business’s capability to partner with Fortune 100/500 corporations, as well as fellow business owners.

Important Dates & Training Contents:

• Week 1 (4/8/24): Strategy Development & Planning

• Week 2 (4/15/24): Strategy Implementation: Capital

• Week 3 (4/22/24): Strategy Implementation: Systems

• Week 4 (4/29/24): Strategy Implementation: People

*Wednesday meetings are mandatory for a one-hour Q&A. Final Q&A will include a completion ceremony attended by SCMSDC and Southern California Edison leadership.
