Supplier Impact Leadership Summit

As the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) enters its next 50 years of service, and as the economic landscape continues to evolve, accelerating the growth of certified minority business enterprises (MBEs) requires a broader, more integrated approach. Supplier inclusion practitioners must expand their reach and influence across departments and business units, positioning supplier inclusion as a business strategy that drives measurable impact, strengthens organizational performance, and supports growth at every level of the enterprise.

The 2026 Supplier Impact Leadership Summit, will be held on July 13-15 in Phoenix, Arizona.

About the Summit

The Supplier Impact Leadership Summit (SILS) represents an evolution in focus, centering supplier inclusion as a driver of measurable business impact and organizational performance. While the name has changed, SILS will continue to offer the same high-value training, practical tools, and peer learning that attendees expect, including:

  • Best practices in supplier inclusion
  • Content-focused on innovation, career development, and learning solutions to meet supplier/business inclusion professionals where they are.
  • Soft skill development in executive presence, board development, career acceleration, technical skills, business case creation, supply chain management, and available certifications that help support career goals.

We look forward to seeing all our corporate members at the next Supplier Impact Leadership Summit on July 13-15, 2026. Together we can continue to build the momentum needed to accomplish our march to $1 trillion in annual revenue generation for NMSDC-certified MBEs.
