Alicia Rahaman manages communications for Intel’s global supply chain programs including its Supplier Diversity & Inclusion (SD&I) program. She’s proud of Intel’s progress in supplier diversity having increased spending with certified diverse owned businesses from $299 million in 2015 to $804 million in 2018, and recently reached its goal to spend $1 billion annually in 2020 worldwide with diverse owned suppliers driven by the support of champions in 24 countries. Intel’s new goal communicated in May: Spend $2B annually with diverse suppliers by 2030.

Intel has received numerous recognitions including WEConnect International Top 10 Global Champions and CEO’s Award, WBENC Top Corporation-Silver, NMSDC Gazelle Award, Procurement Leaders’ World Procurement Inclusion Award, and Omnikal’s America’s Top 50 Corporations for Multicultural Business Opportunities among others.

Throughout Alicia’s 20-year tenure at Intel, beyond supply chain, she has held communications management roles in Intel human resources, information technology and engineering divisions driving communications at the program and executive levels reaching internal and external audiences around the world.

Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Business Management and is currently attending Harvard University pursuing her master’s degree in management. She lives in Chandler, Arizona.
