Carlton L. Oneal is one of the managing partners of Light Speed, a privately owned eLearning and communications firm. Light Speed specializes in eLearning, multimedia video development and motion graphics.

Mr. Oneal joined the firm full time in 2002 after working for 18 years in the corporate environment where he obtained a breadth and depth of management experiences in Marketing, Sales, Communication, and Training & Development with Merck and Co, Inc. He subsequently served as Director of US Marketing for Cardiovascular Products at Bayer Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Oneal is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC) and is a past Chairperson of the GNEMSDC Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Input Committee (having served in that capacity for 6 years). He currently serves as Secretary to the National MBE Input Committee.

Carlton is married and he and his wife reside in the Town of Hamden, Connecticut where he functions as the Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission. For fun and relaxation he enjoys training in the marital art of Tae Kwon Do.
