Carol is the Senior Manager of Global Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at BMO. In her role, Carol is responsible for envisioning, implementing, and leading the global Supplier Diversity program for BMO, steering the strategy, communication, performance management, and all enablers for BMO to be recognized as a leader in supplier diversity.
Prior to joining BMO, Carol worked as the Regional Sales Director at ASAP Solutions Group, a certified WBE technology consulting and IT staff augmentation company, enabling its clients to achieve strategic objectives around total talent management.

Before joining the IT solutions and staffing arena, Carol was a Senior Account Executive and Client Success Manager at CVM Solutions. CVM works as a trusted advisor to the Supplier Diversity community, providing end-to-end Supplier Diversity solutions around data, technology and consulting. Carol was instrumental in CVM launching its Supplier Diversity consulting offering in the marketplace.

Prior to joining CVM, Carol was the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for Accenture. During her 13-year tenure at Accenture, Carol was responsible for helping excel Accenture’s Supplier Diversity Program toward a world-class process. She led the rollout of key components of Accenture’s program including an enterprise-wide supplier management system, a diversity spend tracking system for corporate and government customers, and Accenture’s 2nd Tier tracking system and played a critical role in elevating the role of supplier diversity in the Accenture procurement process.

Carol helped lead the growth and expansion of Accenture’s Diverse Supplier Development Program, an industry leading mentorship program in which Accenture matches diverse suppliers with a senior executive to act as their one-on-one mentor to help build the capacity of their businesses as well as learn more about and navigate a large organization like Accenture. Through DSDP, Accenture has mentored over 100 diverse businesses and continues to increase the focus on collaboration among the protégé companies by challenging them to explore ways in which they can partner with one another.

Carol has been an active leader in advancing Supplier Diversity goals and initiatives. She currently serves as the Board Chair of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), was previously a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Supplier Diversity Group, was an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Professional Services Industry group. Carol has also served on the Global Business Committee under the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In March 2012, Carol was nominated by the NGLCC and recognized by the White House as a Champion of Change, under the President’s “Winning the Future Across America” initiative, for her outstanding entrepreneurial mentorship, counseling and training.
