Cloe is the Founder and CEO of Hire Ground, a SaaS platform provider that helps companies better manage their existing vendors, strategically source diverse vendors, and monitor and measure supply chain risk across their organization.

Leaning into her intersectional perspective as a woman and diverse supplier, Cloe invented a solution that unlocks opportunities for small businesses and suppliers and alleviates a persistent pain point for buyers in the public and private sectors. In doing so, Cloe and the Hire Ground team are actively advancing supply chain inclusion and promoting economic growth at local and national levels. She partners with diverse suppliers, corporate and government buyers, and intermediary organizations to make business opportunities more inclusive and abundant for everyone, nurturing the growth and global competitiveness of next generation diverse small businesses.

Cloe is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to accelerate the transition to an equitable and sustainable economy. Prior to starting Hire Ground, Cloe served exclusively as Principal and SVP in two global consulting and brokerage firms. She spent over 15 years successfully helping clients solve complex problems around risk, human capital, and supply chain inclusion. Cloe remains in a leadership role and continues to maintain an investment interest at EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants. In 2019, Inc. 5000 recognized EPIC as one of the most successful companies in America; this was the 6th time the company received this recognition. EPIC is also among the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the country.
Cloe started her consulting career at Aon Corporation. Over the span of 15 years, Cloe served in various roles within brokerage, marketing and sales. Aon has approximately 500 offices worldwide, serving 120 countries with 50,000 employees. In 2011, Aon was ranked as the largest insurance broker in the world based on revenue.

Cloe is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She moved to Atlanta in 2000 to attend Agnes Scott College. She completed her B.A. in Economics then went on to get her M.B.A. with a concentration in supply chain and actuarial science from Georgia State University through the Professional MBA Program. Cloe is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Cloe is involved with the Atlanta Women’s Foundation (AWF) and is a member of the inaugural Inspire Atlanta class. AWF is on a mission to be a catalyst for change, striving to ensure that all women and girls in metro Atlanta live safe, economically self-sufficient, and successful lives.

Cloe also serves as a Pipeline Partner for the Center for Workforce Innovation through the Atlanta Committee for Progress (ACP). The Center for Workforce Innovation is focused on creating meaningful work-based experiences and job placement opportunities, including registered apprenticeships, and helping students who are seeking opportunities for economic mobility. ACP’s mission is to strengthen the city’s financial position, spur economic development, invest in infrastructure and public safety, and support Atlanta’s public schools with an overall focus on enhancing the quality of life in our city.

Cloe is also on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber, where she serves on the Grow Leadership Council and the Economic Development Council.

Cloe and her husband are active in the marriage enrichment ministry at her church, Passion City Church. She is passionate about helping marriages flourish and families thrive. Cloe and her husband have four children.
