About the Conference

A year ago, we embarked on the transformative work of Defining New Norms. Bolstered by that renewed clarity, we are now launching our journey of Navigating Our New Economy.

Amid market headwinds, and significant shifts in domestic and global policy, it’s essential we act with purpose and urgency. In this climate, the impact of MBEs cannot be overstated.

This year’s Annual Conference & Exchange is a call for us to rally and identify the new norms that will guide us through the rapid changing landscape. We’re calling on every stakeholder, from MBEs navigating challenging policy environments, to policymakers developing balanced strategies for a rapidly changing landscape, and to corporate leaders, whether forging ahead with confidence or seeking greater clarity.

Hosted in Miami, the conference is intentionally rooted right at the heart of where the issues and uncertainties are unfolding because we have a mandate to address those challenges head-on, and to show up economically for our MBEs, Corporate Members,  and Florida Council.

Join us at the 2025 NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange in Miami, November 2–5, where over four powerful days you’ll engage in candid conversations, gain strategic insights, and find empowerment through thought leadership, equipping you with actionable strategies to transform today’s challenges into tomorrow’s breakthroughs.
