Ian Kyle Conyers is an American politician technology advisor and diversity advocates from Detroit who was elected at 27 in 2016, as the youngest state Senator in Michigan history. He served as minority vice chair of the Transportation Committee and member of the Economic Development & International Investment, Energy & Technology, and Banking & Financial Services Committees.

Ian is the Founder and CEO of Ruth Strategies, which aims to infuse diverse ideas to better assist organizations and municipalities in problem solving. This is achieved through enhanced communications, process, improvement and technology introduction.

Ian is a graduate from Georgetown University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Master of Arts in Urban and regional planning. Ian is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi and board member of Athletes without Limits.
