Ken is a leader within McKinsey’s Procurement & Product Development Practice, with broad Operations expertise and a focus on clients across the advanced industries sectors. He partners with aerospace, automotive and other industrial companies to enable global operations transformations and create value, especially through digital procurement tools. In addition, Ken co-leads McKinsey’s Supplier Diversity Service Line.

Outside of client work, Ken leads North America Black recruiting efforts, and is the co-founder of a STEM education non-profit that hosts education programming around the world.

Prior to McKinsey, Ken worked in financial services and engineering. He held roles in investment banking, corporate finance, and engineering design. He also has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a M.S. from Northwestern University.
