Keya Grant is the Director of Global Supplier Inclusion at WestRock based in Atlanta, GA. Keya’s responsibilities include supplier diversity strategic planning, diversity sourcing & procurement, education & outreach to WestRock’s internal stakeholders, diversity councils, ERG and community groups.

After 10 years of leading diverse workforce and supplier utilization initiatives for Randstad and Keya joined Verizon/Frontier Communications to lead the development and implementation of the company’s west coast and enterprise- wide diversity and inclusion strategy.

Supplier development and empowerment are Keya’s passion, and, in these areas, she is known as a thought leader. In 2013 Keya created The Connection Bureau, a boutique business development firm. As Chief Connection Officer and CEO, her lifework ensures that buyer companies leverage diverse suppliers which not only helps them become stronger performers in their marketplace but also reduce barriers for entry and inclusion. Keya’s supplier development skills are exemplary, and she has been presented with numerous industry awards of distinction including Buyer of the Year, Rising Star and Most Powerful and Influential Woman. In total, WestRock has received 11 awards of distinction to date under Keya’s leadership.

Keya holds active advisory, committee, and board memberships in numerous national, regional, and local organizations including the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
