Mark Harrison has over 25 years of experience in the areas of business finance, strategic transactions, and corporate law. He is the President of Totem Enterprise Group, an advisory firm focused on small – middle market business growth through financing and strategic transactions and a VP at Meridian Management Group, a small asset management firm financing small, minority and women owned businesses. Mr. Harrison has served as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy researching and writing on barriers to growth for small innovation companies and potential government program solutions.

He is the former President of the Business Consortium Fund, a national business development and financing program for minority entrepreneurs affiliated with the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Mr. Harrison has practiced corporate and securities law with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. and the Venable law firm in Baltimore, MD. He received his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
