Mike Medeiros, Vice President – Global Cleanliness, is a 30 plus year veteran of the airline industry. He began his Delta career in the area of Customer Service and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Airport Customer Service from agent in Raleigh Durham to Vice President at the Delta headquarters. In his current role, Mike leads Delta’s Global Cleanliness team, dedicated to innovating and evolving Delta’s high cleanliness standards to restore customer confidence amid the COVID-19 crisis. He has responsibility for delivering an industry leading CLEAN experience from curb to claim throughout the customer travel journey. Additionally, Mike has oversight for developing and executing Delta’s cleanliness methods and quality management to ensure a consistently safe and sanitized experience across our facilities and aircraft for employees and customers, alike.
