As we enter a new chapter with the Trump-Vance Administration, I want to personally reaffirm the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) steadfast commitment to supporting our community of minority business enterprises (MBEs), along with our corporate members, affiliate councils, and partners, including those internationally. Each of our MBEs contributes to the economic fabric of our nation, not only building businesses but also strengthening communities, creating opportunities, and fostering a more inclusive future. Your resilience, innovation, and determination continue to inspire and drive us.
While the political landscape may be shifting, our mission remains as critical as ever. NMSDC is here to ensure that minority entrepreneurs have equitable access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. We will work with the new administration and Congress to advocate for policies that unlock doors for MBEs, and partner with our regional councils to expand our advocacy strategies at the state and local levels, building strong foundations that support growth wherever MBEs operate. In the months and years ahead, we’ll continue to push for equitable access to capital, expand access to corporate and federal contracts, and foster public-private partnerships that uplift MBEs across the nation. Together, we are building an economy that truly includes and celebrates us all.
This is a pivotal time to come together. History shows that unity and resilience can overcome any challenge, and now is our time to lift each other up, to break down barriers, and to be a source of strength and inspiration. Together, we are creating a path to a brighter tomorrow—one where every dream has the opportunity to flourish.
NMSDC stands with you every step of the way. Together, we move forward united in our mission, driven by our $1 trillion goal, and committed to a more inclusive, equitable, and resilient economy for all.
