EBONY Magazine released its annual Power 100 list on Wedensday, and NMSDC President/CEO Adrienne Trimble is among the honorees, cited as a “Trailblazer,” along with Chicago Mayor Lori Lofton and innovative executives from NMSDC corporate members Fiat Chrysler America and Wells Fargo.
On the 2020 EBONY Power 100 list, Trimble joins leaders in various fields from entertainment to business as diverse as Lizzo, Patrick Mahomes, Cynthia Erivo, Simone Biles, Roland Martin, Gayle King, Dr. Benjamin F. Travis, and Coco Gauff.
“I’m overwhelmed by this honor,” Trimble said Thursday. “It’s personally gratifying, of course, but I’m thrilled that it reflects NMSDC and the trails all of us continue to blaze, throughout the network.”
In 2020, EBONY celebrates its 75th anniversary of serving the Black community, showcasing the stories and achievements of Black people in all areas of American society and culture. In 1971, EBONY introduced the “Most Influential Black Americans List”, which has evolved into the annual EBONY Power 100 List.
