KRCG 13, a Kansas City CBS affiliate, recently featured a member of NMSDC’s Black Farmers Equity Initiative program on its nightly news program, Live at Ten. A participant of the program’s first cohort, Michael Rollen runs Ophelia’s Blue Vine Farm and shared his story with the station. NMSDC’s senior director of Strategic Alliances and Programs, Jetheda Hernandez, was also included and provided additional background on the program.
