With a procurement background of 20+ years, KENDRA BURRIS-AUSTIN began her supplier diversity career at a regional utility. Relationship-building grew the business and brought a fresh outlook to existing structures while contributing to programming. She started at Cigna. Strategy and collaboration drove executive sponsorship, creating corporate goals and aligning with business lines with goals to increase the bottom line through sales.

Joyce E. Eriksen Eggers, Lead of Supplier Diversity for Takeda Pharmaceuticals International is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. As Takeda’s Supplier Diversity Lead within Takeda’s Global Procurement Group, Joyce is an advocate, mentor, and coach of Small and Diverse suppliers. As a champion for inclusion and diversity within Takeda, Joyce educates internal business stakeholders on supplier diversity and promotes diverse suppliers to Takeda’s Procurement and internal Business Leaders to develop and maintain partnerships with Small and Diverse Suppliers.

Aron Khoury is the Senior Program Manager of Supplier Diversity for Medtronic, responsible for developing and executing long-term supplier diversity strategy for the company. Cathy has worked with fortune 100 companies including General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems with business in over 20 countries.
Senior Director, Supplier Diversity
Deborah Williams joined the Premier healthcare alliance as the Senior Director of Supplier Diversity in early 2008 based in Charlotte, N.C. Upon joining Premier, Inc. Ms. Williams is responsible for the Premier Supplier Diversity Committee and under her leadership she has launched and enhanced the program to include the Sourcing, Education and Enrichment for Diverse and Small Suppliers (SEEDS).
