The Director, Corporate Plus is to be responsible for redesigning and leading the NMSDC Corporate Plus™ program that drives awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and utilization within the NMSDC network. The director’s primary goal is to amplify the Corporate Plus program and responsibilities include developing and promoting programs that assist in Corporate Plus member growth and scalability. Overall, the director will look for ways to increase the program value to all NMSDC stakeholders.
The Senior Director of Member Success will be responsible for directing our business development efforts to drive member recruitment and fundraising. The senior director’s responsibilities include developing recruitment strategy, preparing recruitment content, coordinating business development training programs across the NMSDC affiliates, and ensuring the growth of NMSDC national members. Overall, the senior director looks for ways to increase the company’s revenue and members.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation and analysis of NMSDC’s financial reports including the compilation of financial statements, review data and ensure financial compliance, including month-end and year-end closings and accounts payable.
The Staff Accountant, Grants & Contracts serves as an integral member of the Finance and Accounting team and the key expectations for this role are to demonstrate strong and effective management over the monthly closing and reporting process specific to fund accounting for grants, contracts and other third-party agreements and the allocation of funds to the regional councils.
