Camille Batiste is ADM’s president, Global Supply Chain. In this role, she oversees ADM’s global supply chain function, including sales & operations planning, network design and delivery optimization. Batiste is a member of the company’s Executive Council.
Prior to her current role, Batiste served as ADM’s vice president, Global Procurement, where she lead a team of direct and indirect category leaders and buyers, and COE experts leading initiatives in Source to Pay automation, supplier diversity, analytics, master data management and trade compliance. Before that, she spent 20 years at Honeywell International, starting in manufacturing, where she was certified as a Six Sigma black belt, followed by ERP implementation. She then transitioned to procurement, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, leading teams across various direct and indirect categories in the company’s performance materials & technologies and aerospace business units.
Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in chemical engineering and economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Louisiana State University. She currently serves as the chair of the board of directors of the Institute for Supply Management.
