He began his Delta career in the area of Customer Service and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Airport Customer Service from agent in Raleigh Durham to Vice President at the Delta headquarters. In his current role, Mike leads Delta’s Global Cleanliness team, dedicated to innovating and evolving Delta’s high cleanliness standards to restore customer confidence amid the COVID-19 crisis.
