NMSDC has more than 450 national corporate members that represent America’s largest public and privately-owned global companies. In addition, NMSDC has over 1,000 local corporate members of NMSDC’s regional affiliates, including hospitals, universities and other institutions. Corporate membership is open to all organizations that meet NMSDC’s eligibility requirements.
Membership Offers Supplier Access & Supports Mission-Critical Work
At NMSDC’s founding, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) provided a grant to fund our mission-critical work. At the end of the grant, NMSDC created a membership structure and implemented a dues distribution model that ensured the NMSDC Network can successfully continue to provide services to our member corporations. Services range from recruiting suppliers, certifying their status and supporting corporations in their supplier access journey.

Membership Eligibility
An NMSDC corporate member is a public, private, university, hospital, U.S. government agency, foreign-owned corporation or other large buying institution in the United States. Corporate members need to be committed to supplier access, looking for the most qualified supplier businesses in their procurement process, and working with NMSDC.
Must be a corporation with purchasing needs in more than two markets in the U.S. and/or global purchasing.
Must assign a designated official contact to represent your company within the NMSDC Network. That individual needs to be an employee of the company who has responsibility for supplier/business procurement.
Must have an established formal supplier/business access program or a commitment to implement a supplier/business program that promotes the utilization of NMSDC-certified suppliers.

NMSDC national membership dues are reviewed and updated annually. Dues are based on annual global sales from the corporation’s last fiscal year. Membership renewal is based on the member’s anniversary date. Below is a listing of our current membership dues:
