Earlier this month, as part of our continued efforts to create a stronger network capable of accelerating MBE growth and getting closer to achieving our March to $1 trillion, NMSDC officially rolled out the Business Diversity Career Center. This one-stop shop for corporate members provides a job board focused on supplier and business diversity practitioners ensuring they have access to the high-quality talent needed to take their efforts to diversify their supply and value chains to the next level.
This continues NMSDC’s efforts to expand supplier diversity into a more all-encompassing business diversity that engages all departments and lines of business in the work to engage with more MBEs – something that began in 2023 with the transformation of the Program Manager’s Seminar into the Business Diversity Leadership Summit.
“As we look to take NMSDC’s efforts to advance minority business development to its next phase, it is vital our corporate members have access to the high-quality talent needed to build and expand their supplier and business diversity programs,” said vice president of MBE and corporate member services Pauline Gebon.
In addition to providing a place for corporate members and supplier diversity professionals to post and search for jobs, the platform also includes access to NMSDC’s program development webinars and other resources aimed at helping job applicants build the skills needed to progress in their business diversity journey.
